1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Ninni AI mobile application ("App") or any related services provided by Meto Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including parents, guardians, and any other individuals who access or use the App on behalf of a child.

2 Description of Service

Ninni AI is an AI-powered storytelling application that generates personalized, age-appropriate bedtime stories and narratives for children. The Service includes:

• AI-generated personalized stories based on user-selected themes, characters, and preferences.
• Audio narration of generated stories.
• Story saving and library features (subject to subscription plan).
• Child profile management for personalized content.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to users.

3 Account Registration

To access most features of Ninni AI, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

One account may contain multiple child profiles. You are responsible for all child profiles created under your account.

4 Parental Consent and Age Requirements

Ninni AI is designed for use by children under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account and child profile, you:

• Confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child using the Service.
• Provide consent for your child to use Ninni AI under the conditions described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• Acknowledge that you are responsible for monitoring your child's use of the App.

We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to independently register or use the Service without verifiable parental consent, in compliance with COPPA and applicable international laws.

5 Subscriptions and Payments

Ninni AI offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features require a paid subscription.

• Free Plan: Limited access to AI story generation with basic features.
• Premium Plan: Unlimited story generation, audio narration, story saving, and additional features as described in the App.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your platform.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided.
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

All payments are processed by Apple or Google. We do not handle or store payment information directly. Refund requests are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play.

6 AI-Generated Content

Ninni AI uses artificial intelligence to create story content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated stories are produced algorithmically and may occasionally contain unexpected or imperfect output.
• We apply content safety filters, but we cannot guarantee that all generated content will be perfectly appropriate in all circumstances. We encourage parents to review stories with their children.
• AI-generated content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
• We do not guarantee that generated stories will be unique or that they will not resemble existing published works.
• Stories generated by the App and saved in your library are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, sold, or distributed commercially.

7 Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and technology within the Ninni AI application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, and code, are the property of Meto Studio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the App or its content.
• AI-generated stories created through your use of the App are provided for your personal use. Meto Studio retains the right to use anonymized story generation data to improve the Service.

8 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is violent, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for children.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the App.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Service.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or commercialize AI-generated stories or any other content from the App.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Use the Service for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use.

9 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated story content.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meto Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any harm resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users or the integrity of the Service.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and requesting account deletion via info@metostudio.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Subscription cancellations are subject to Section 5 above.

12 Privacy

Your use of Ninni AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending a notification through the App. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
